Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the wawawee website, applications, and services (the “Service”), operated by Wawawee Inc. (“wawawee”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

wawawee is an AI-powered platform for generating product mockups from your designs. You upload artwork, select a scene or recipe, and the Service generates imagery using third-party AI models. Features, models, and pricing may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Authentication is handled by our identity provider; you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Credits & billing

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in one-time packs and are consumed each time you generate an image, at a rate that varies by model. Purchases are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment-card details.

  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
  • Because each generation incurs real compute cost, purchased credits are non-refundable once redeemed, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
  • We may offer promotional or granted credits, which may expire or be revoked at our discretion.

4. Your content & license

You retain ownership of the artwork and materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable credits, the images you generate are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. Outputs are provided on an as-is basis (see Section 7).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • Generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material, including content that impersonates real individuals or brands without authorization;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the technical limits or security of the Service;
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our consent.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, derivative, or unexpectedly similar to other works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them. We make no guarantee that any output is unique or free of third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wawawee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
